I am writing to file a complaint about an issue I encountered during my recent visit to this restaurant. On the evening of April 29th, 2023, I visited with the intention of using a 2000yums voucher that I had received from dining with you previously. However, when I went to pay, the owner informed me that their system could not provide any discounts, and thus I could not use the voucher.
After patiently explaining my situation to the owner, I provided them with evidence of the discount option that was available at the time of my reservation, and suggested that your establishment should honor the promised discount policy. Despite this, the owner still refused to provide any discount.
I also showed owner with App, where I was able to prove that the voucher was applicable to my meal, but the owner still denied my request.
I was extremely dissatisfied with the owner’s attitude, as their service was unprofessional and unhelpful. I believe I did nothing wrong, and I expressed my concerns in a rational and clear manner. However, the owner was disrespectful and made me feel very offended.
I am disappointed to see such unprofessional and disrespectful behavior, especially in a place that I previously considered a regular dining spot.
Owner said he will not welcome me to his shop again and good luck with his business
