Thanks for taking the time to review us and provide feedback on your experience. Whilst our online ordering system has been very well received across our brand, we are sorry that our methods of service, and proactivness in Social Distancing, has not hit the mark for you with water stations available for our guests – We are definitely restricted with COVID-19 Public Health Measures.
We definitely aim to have a better level of service than you received however, and We will most definitely align our staff on the expectations around service and being readily available for our guests – for this we apologise.
