Thank you for your feedback. We are currently developing our new cocktail list, I’d love to hear what flavours you were looking for as this can help us with our development.
In relation to the booking times, this could be due to cancellations last minute, Covid restrictions (we have a number of tables we cannot book due to Covid spacing) or where guests have taken less time to dine than allocated or are running late. I appreciate this can be frustrating which I apologise for, we always try to accommodate guests requests where we can but sometimes we don’t foresee the scenarios above.
