Unfortunately, we don’t get any emails about changes made to bookings only via our booking system or by phone.
We are really sorry to hear about your disappointed.
1.5 hrs is a standard booking time period however if that guest would like to stay longer we have no issue with that and we will do our best to accommodate you.
