Unfortunately we do not have control when it comes to our delivery platform as we follow the order procedure and have the order ready for the driver. If the driver does not come or collects the order, we cannot do anything from our side. In this case, they did not pick the order up and deliver it as it should have been or they did pick it up but did not deliver it to you straight away.
