Really disappointed that ribs and burgers DO NOT read the order requests more carefully. I placed an order through Uber eats requesting no liquid cheeseš¤® and adding jalapeƱos which I paid extra for. They basically ignored by instructions. Not only did they keep the liquid cheese, they charged me for the jalapeƱos that they didnt add to the burger. This has happened a few times now. Disappointed that the staff are careless with order requests.
