Very frustrating ordering experience – so this relates just to their web based ordering system, not the food itself.
Ordered online only to find that after we paid that they were offering dine in only and it would be ready in 50 minutes. Why would anyone pre-order and pay for their dinner in advance to eat in?
I tried calling them (Saturday night) and they simply didn’t answer in spite of ringing 30 times and leaving 4 messages for them to call me back. In the end I just went there to find out what was going and they said the order would be ready in 5 minutes – which it was. So the food was actually ready after about 30min.
If they’d simply answered the phone they could have told me what was going on and everything would have been ok.
We also had a discount code that should have meant a free burger thrown in but it wasn’t included in the end.
