My partner and I had booked this venue for a special occasion as we had heard good reviews of this restaurant. The positive was that the food was decent and tasty. What wasn’t good was the service. After we had sat down for 1 min, a waitress had come up and asked if we were ready to order before water was poured for us. She would subsequently ask if we were ready to order in increments of 1 min intervals. Now, the restaurant was not busy so we had no idea why she was rushing us to take our order. During these intervals, a waiter had educated us about the dry aged steaks (which the original waitress that was assigned to us didn’t mention anything about this steak to us). He was extremely friendly and educational compared to our assigned waitress. By this time, the waitress had left a terrible experience for us. During the meal, the waitress could not be found nor was water given to us. Near the end of the meal the waitress took our dishes without asking if we were finished and threw the dessert menu onto our table. Because of this experience, we could not provide a higher rating over 2/5 stars. I’m sure if we had a different person attending to us, the score would be much higher. We are uncertain if we would attend this restaurant again.
