The lady at the reception her name is Ruby she was so rude and unprofessional. We called to book and she’s said we close at 10:00 and it was 9:15 and it shows on google they close at 11:00 ! And she said we only take walks in and we were close and we walked in after 5 min she said we only take booking and then we had to go out and call and book again. And she said we only take walk in !!! She don’t want more customers obviously!!! It doesn’t matter how good the restaurant if the customer service is bad.
