I recently visited the venue in Barangaroo and have to say I left totally satisfied, everything was remarkable from the decor, attentive staff, wine selection, and most importantly; the meat! I attended a small event which was hosted in a beautiful private dining room, the entree was beef tartare which I have to day was one of the best I’ve had in Sydney. The main was from their ‘AGED’ experience, a dry aged monte rib-eye infused with the essence of fresh Aribica and Robusta coffee.
