A 5 star first experience for me!We had lunch there for a thank you & celebration with 10 people, and it was the first time for many of us in the group.The first impression really last as it was a top notch experience all round, from the service to the most important cuisine and drinks.l amidst a great ambience.We had booked a private dining area near the front overlooking St George Tce and William St, and it truly felt intimate and cosy with a touch of elegance.Our group tried various mains from the normal menu instead of the express lunch or set menu 2, and we all left with very satisfied. All the food from the beer tartare and pork belly as entrée to the wagyu rump MB6+, skewered lamb, New Yorker shorthorn steak and pork ribs as mains complemented with roasted harissa cauliflower, Mac & Cheese & onions rings as side were delicious & appetising!The service from our female waitstaff was attentive, professional, polite and respectful. Great interior as part of the heritage building at a fantastic location in Perth CBD. Tip 1:Booking one of the booths inside the heritage dining area for a sense of grandeur dining experienceTip 2:If you book a private room, there is a TV monitor which could allow presentation. What consolidate my 5 star rating was the nice gesture for them to convert our unspent fund from the minimum spend required for a private room booking to a gift card that expires in 3 years. I find that a very fair and reasonable customer services gesture.Will be back for another special occasion.
