Was not sure who our waiter was and we had to flag them down when we were ready to order. We were sitting with our menus closed for quite a while with wait staff walking back and forth.
We had a bottle of wine but other waitstaff weren’t notified so it was assumed we had ordered by the glass – an empty wine glass was taken away and we had to ask for top ups.
In saying this – these were minor inconveniences that I think would be helped with better floor training from management. All the staff members we interacted with were exceptionally friendly, kind and helpful. The waitress who took our food order suggested a different cut of steak for a better experience which we really appreciated.
