When we first arrived the waiters were very attentive and keen to take our drink and food orders. My three kids ordered from the kids menu as well as soft drinks each. Their drinks came after reminding two different staff members and served well after they had finished their main meal. After speaking to four (4!!) different staff members their ice cream arrived a good 30min after getting their very late drinks.
Your food is delicious! Service is really poor. You need a better system so orders don’t get forgotten. Its not the customers job to constantly follow up during a meal.
