Firstly to put it into context, it was a night out for my partners parents who were visiting from Qld for the weekend.
We waited an hour and 15 minutes for our dinner which never came. When we asked the waiter to check up on it for us, he said yes but never returned; avoiding us like the plague. When we eventually asked for a refund because they had made an error with the order and put our food down as take away, they still made us pay for our drinks.
