These ribs were not cooked for 8 hours, otherwise the meat would have fallen off the bone, specially considering they were baby back ribs. Barbecue glaze on the ribs was average at best, not much flavour to it. there was a bit of char which is good, but that barbecue sauce has to be sweet and spicy and packed on there so that every bite and a complete experience.
Traditional ribs are meant to smoked, meat is to be tender and juicy. These were far from that.
Onion rings were stringed together, separate them and double batter them to give them more crunch.
My friends had the chicken wings and sliders which they said was good.
