We have been to Hunter and Barrell on numerous occasions and the food has always been amazing. Unfortunately on this one occasion, my Ceasar Salad was very disappointing (wilted lettuce leaves). On collecting our plates, the waiter queried why I hadn’t eaten my meal. After I explained it to him, he immediately apologised and then reduced our bill.
The handling of this situation by the waiter was exemplary and more than compensated for the soggy Ceasar.
