A great hidden gem of a restaurant. Wonderful service tonight from Izzy who was attentive, helpful and just a delight – warm and bubbly. We took our friends from Adelaide and the food didn’t disappoint. We started off by sharing a wood-fired Italian Cheese Bread (Italian flatbread with garlic, Italian herbs and fior di latte cheese) and then had individual mains. The best dish on the menu is always the Porchetta (Ariccia)
– Roast pork belly, apple and fennel puree, sauteed pioppini mushrooms, guanciale, red wine jus, crispy sage and mushrooms sauce – and again it delivered. The pastas are all delicious with a particular favourite the Spaghetti Gamberi (Venice) – fried garlic prawns, arrabbiata sauce, chilli, roasted cherry tomatoes, capers, lobster stock and peppery rocket.
