Asked for a rare steak, came out medium-done 😐 A good cow gave its life for the meat, only ask it to be treated with respect. Beef dripping potato under-parboiled and lacked flavour. Chips underwhelmingly the best part of the main. Biscoff cake good (but could have done with a smear of actual biscoff). Jess the wait staff was excellent. Overall somewhat disappointing as the Southbank store was much better.
