First Time to dine in celebrating wife’s birthday, assigned staff to us is Wes, fine guy who really took care of everything in sequence of dining up to to body plate dessert. Only critical concern for us is the outer portion of our steak which is kind of burnt maybe due ti the grilling, but the overall meat quality is superb as our preferred doneness.
