Shout out to Courtney who was a real gem. This is why I gave a rating of 4 for service otherwise would have rated it as a 2. Service at front desk upon arrival leaves a bit of concern. Charged extra upon paying bill which was disappointing. When ordering a steak waiter says ‘chips or salad?’ I opted for salad..Waiter says ‘Garden or Greek?’ We say ‘Greek’. As it turns out, steak only comes with garden salad’. We entered into a discussion about this. Eventually bill adjusted but we had to pay the difference (gap) between the garden and the Greek salad. In my opinion, this was the wrong decision when the error sat with the waiter. No goodwill – and we are regular customers. Fillet was fatty – tough and not cooked to liking. Decor average. Person at front desk would benefit from sporting a smile.
