Anyone who was here for the Valentine’s day special dinner would probably agree it was a disappointment. Upon arrival we were brought to our table and it was about 10 minutes before we recieved our drinks, followed by this we waited 30 mins or so to get the complimentary bread.
Most tables like us waited up to an hour for an entree to arrive, and those who hadn’t ordered it at the beginning with other menu items waited even longer.
The mains followed another 40 minutes after the entree and if we hadn’t already prepaid I was prepared to walk out and go elsewhere for dinner. While the food was quite tasty and enjoyable when it arrived, for a 6.30 dinner booking I shouldn’t have been waiting to eat my main course at 8pm. This was really disappointing to what was meant to be a romantic night, and the atmosphere was definetly ruined with the other irritated customers and insufficient food service.
Sorry Italian street kitchen but I don’t think we will be coming back.
