First time ever went to a Ribs & Burger restaurant on the recommendation of my daughter. Waited at the door approximately 5 minutes where it says wait to be seated but no one attended. Then found a vacant table and we seated ourselves. We then called a waitress if we could order, she dropped menus on the table and gave a table no. to oder via QR code. We asked waitress if she could clean the table but we had to ask 3 times before table was cleaned. Then we asked for plates and the plate in photo was given (disgusting), we asked for a clean plate and then we were given another plate not much better than the one we had. Asked for glasses and we were told they were self serve so my daughter went inside but struggled to find two clean glasses. Regardless of food quality, this is a filthy place, never going again and not recommending to anyone.
