We ordered the take away food from your restaurant(ribs & burgers in Subiaco) at Sunday noon on 13/2/2022. After eating, I had tow times diarrhea in that afternoon. But my husband felt very unwell in his abdomen from around 2 pm. Around 4 pm in that afternoon, he began vomiting and felt very weak so that he couldn’t eat or drink anything and just rested on the bed. Around nearly 7 pm, his situation got worse so I sent him to hospital Emergency. The doctor judged it was food poisoning. My husband’s temperature was 39 degree at that time and still felt very unwell in his abdomen. After several hours treatment of doctors, he felt better and was sent to home. On 14/2/2022, he felt a little bit weak and rested the whole day.
We ordered many times food from your restaurant, but we are very disappointed with this time. It caused much troubles to our health and life. Your restaurant should pay us the compensation of food poisoning.
I have the receipt of your restaurant and my husband had requested to get his medical records from the hospital. I hope your company can resolve it ASAP.
