Food and wine were really excellent, good entre and my steak was great.

My partners steak had a big fatty vein running right through the middle of it which I would not have expected for a $55 steak.

The waiter noticed my partner struggling to navigate the steak, and asked if it was too raw for his liking. On saying that it was cooked well but a fatty cut (showing the veins) the waiter offered to send it back to the kitchen to be cooked further, to see if that helped.

At a restaurant and specialist meat house of this calibre, I would expect that cuts of meat are better than this, and that staff would be able to recognise and resolve issues like this (by simply replacing the steak).

We have had better experiences at other venues in this chain.
