Whilst our online ordering system has been very well received across our brand, we are sorry that our methods of service, and proactivness in Social Distancing, has not hit the mark for you.
Condiments are normally readily available for our guests to help themselves, unfortunately these are now on request only due to the current Public Health laws surrounding COVID-19 and restaurant services.
We will most definitely align our staff on the expectations around serving with glasses and being readily available for our guests – for this we apologise.
Would love to hear your opinion on our wine list more if you would be willing to share your thoughts.
