Thankyou form your review and raising this with us.
Unfortunately we have taken this stance with delivery drivers as too many people drivers are not carrying with thermal bags (despite committing to do this when signing up with their Companies as contractors).
We have received far too many complaints of cold food and also take a stance on this as food should be kept outside of the food dangerzone and hot for public health and food safety reasons.
We would be delighted to make this up to you in store when we reopen or arrange a takeaway for you if you could come past the store (we even off kerbside pickup!)… but unfortunately we will not waiver on the Hot food/thermal bag policy.
