My sincere apologies for the inconvenience caused, especially at this time of the year that we all look forward to, to come together with friends, family or colleagues to celebrate over the festive season. We were very unfortunate to be closed because of a COVID case attending our venue. I am not sure where the breakdown in communication was, however, I will raise this with our team and ensure we put a process in place so this never happens again.
