We sat down straight away which is good and what we usually expect but we had a new waiter. He asked what type of water we wanted and we said sparkling. He also took our wine order suggesting the two cheapest bottles on the menu. We have dined here many times and always go for the highest quality . We ordered the penfolds bin 28 2021. We asked another waitress walking past for water after 10 mins after our entree arrived. . Entree was lovely (calamari). Steaks were good. Wine was ok. But we think you need better wines on the menu as regular diners. We like any McLaren vale Shiraz or central Otago pinot noir. If u want someone to do this for your restaurants I’m looking for work!
