I’m usually not the type of person to leave bad reviews as I find it a waste of time and nothing will come from it.
Comparing our past experiences until now, this is the final straw and collectively decided not to dine here again.
The service and quality have dropped significantly.
1. Food
The amount of meat on the ribs looked like it was from a starving calf. The presentation didn’t help as well due it how sloppy it was cut and spread out to make it appear as a big portion. We thought that we were eating leftovers. We did enquire about it as it was it was the first time it was presented in such a manner.
Some of the steaks were undercooked to our preference.
It did improve from the previous visit when most of our steaks were undercooked. We had a bigger party previously, we waited a very long time and didn’t want to go through the hassle of returning it just to experience the same thing.
2. Service
The price of the food should reflect the quality of service. Some of the dishes that we ordered didn’t arrive at all and having communication issues due to a language barrier doesn’t help. I usually will let this slide but why should I be paying $5 extra per head on a Sunday to get such a frustrating dining experience. For promoting yourself as a “premium” steak restaurant why can’t you afford to pay your workers the penalty rate without forcing us to bear the cost.
Overall most of the dishes did taste nice but having a bad dining experience negates that.
