The Meat and Wine Company-Barangaroo-Anni Chung

This message is for boss/manager only!
This is our first experience in The Meat & Wine Co Barangaroo, and unfortunately there are quite a few issues during our dinner time in this restaurant.
While we are ordering our food, this is the worse experience I have met in recent years. We ordered 1. pork ribs (half) 2. a farm salad 3. a glass of wine 4. a bottle of sparking water to share with for 2 ladies and one little child.
The Asian look with short hair lady (around middle age) who served us keep request what else we need, after we answered twice “no, that’s all, we are going to share” she shows her impatient & nasty face. We were very shocked and it’s not acceptable!
Soon after she finalized our order, she turned into the table behind us and had a gossip with a waiter (kind of in front of us). To be honest, I have no idea what’s wrong with my order. Am I ordered too little and made her upset? We feel this way 100%. This is a big dishonor we had been treated during the meal.
I am not good at select wine, so during the wine order, I was requested a recommendation from the same lady. I asked which one is a better Shiraz to be with our food. Firstly she pointed out the first one from Shiraz session, then changed to third one ($16), I asked the reason what’s good on glass that she suggested, she answered “because it’s good drink”.
I keep asking, is it dry, or is it fruity, is it easy drink? She answered me the same thing, “because it’s good drink”. And waiting for me to decide.
Last thing, she tried to clean our table without asking us, we stopped her and tell her, we still have food on board, she didn’t bother to apologize, but turned around and left.

I spent time and money in this quality food restaurant, it’s not worthy! We don’t deserve this quality of service!!
