Our waiter was a bit rough, acting a bit “popular”. He gave us the impression that we needed to hurry up while we had plenty of time. He gave us his card saying he was going to look after us really well but then wasn’t available when we needed him. Other waiters were there to quickly help us which was great but we wondered why you would make that promise at the start when you can’t keep it.
