There was a major issue with the entrance of this establishment. Side door has sign “staff only” the front entrance had construction going on and was locked so could not get through either side. Then a fellow inside signaled to use the side door again . Then went through the side door and then was asked to go to the front entrance from the inside. Reception front door person did not have an explanation for what was happening, she had no idea. Was not a good experience at the start however the Manager – Harjesh saved grace with his amazing service. Meat and Wine are very lucky to have this customer focused employee. He just knew what he was doing. Good job as without him we would have had a terrible overall experience.
