I was looking forward to celebrating a special occasion at your Perth Restaurant.
After booking online and receiving email confirmation,
I was told we had no reservation
Embarrassing to have to prove it in from of my guest by offering to show her the email
After further questions, and no apologies we were seated.
We watched our drinks be made and then sit on the bar for 10 minutes waiting,
At one stage I had to get it myself after all staff were walking past not interested
The view from our table was over 40 dirty glasses stacked on the bar with staff adding to the endless pile for over 2 hours..

Not a great look considering all the bar staff were standing around talking, not looking after drink service with 0 management presence
I honestly never usually complain
The restaurant wasn’t busy
I feel your staff really are letting down your name
