The Meat & Wine Co-Canberra-Layla Liu

I ordered my steak medium, but it was so thick and tough that it was hard to chew, and it tasted more like medium-well than medium. The ribs were seasoned nicely, but they weren’t as fall-off-the-bone tender as I expected, and the sauce got overwhelmingly rich after a while -I ended up having to take the rest to go. Ironically, the highlight of the meal was the salad… which is a bit amusing considering this is supposed to be a steakhouse.
