Returning at the express invitation of management considering the utterly negative experience I’d earlier posted held a few deep misgivings..not least was it just a waste of time ?Direct exchanges are always best & there could be no doubt they wanted to show my experience did not in fact represent their everyday product delivery. This time I had as my main a super quality cooked -to-order medium rare filet steak that was perfect in every way!As has always been the case in the past the service teamwork evidenced a rigor that was neither forced nor insincere.. prompt without being rushed …& this time showed no difference in how clients were being so well treated.I’m more than happy to now wholeheartedly recommend Butcher & Framer..not least because they try hard & stand by what they advertise themselves to be ..& these days this is rare : & consequently worth supporting.
