The meat was tender and well cooked. The sauces I had mushroom. I tried the peppercorn and some gravy jus. All were obviously packet. They were just the norm. There wasn’t a chefs extra season in any. They were like store brought.We had finished staked our plates. I felt really sorry for the host as after 20 mins they finally came and collected them. We ended up going to the opera bar for drinks as there was no service. I was looking forward to it, as friends in Melbourne raved about the Melbourne one before covid. Maybe it’s just Sydney one, I don’t want to tarnish the group. But I won’t be recommending this to anyone.
