I’ve been in Australia for 2 weeks on business from the UK and this is possibly the best restaurant I’ve ever eaten at in Australia.We were fortunate to be invited by colleagues on a late Friday afternoon. We enjoyed 2 excellent courses of incredible fresh fine dining cooked food. We also enjoyed some beers and good wine. The restaurant is a modern contemporary style but which uses some retro themes of the maritime past of the region. Staff were friendly, professional and very knowledgeable on the food and wine choices offered.
