We both had the beef skewer. It was cooked a bit past the medium rare that we requested and it lacked both succulence and flavour. It was covered in a supermarket type marinade which did nothing to improve the situation. The accompanying chips and salad were both satisfactory. We had a glass of house wine that was very good.The service was attentive but there seemed to be an under current of slickness and “plasticness” A tip was obviously expected, they were a bit sniffy when we did not leave one.All in all this place has an unfortunate resemblance to a chain restaurant.
