Bought a red balloon gift for share plates menu for a family member and husband. One of which was gf. They were served pkt crackers with a few slices of meat for first course instead of beautifully baked bread and fancy butter. Very disappointing then was asked to pay for truffle butter which was actually included to go with their one 200gr steak they had to share between them both. Only one dessert to share with no choice of dessert.
Worst experience ever out in Sydney
Obviously the chef had no idea on how to cook for a gf person after family member gave them at least 2 weeks notice of dietary requirements
Overpriced coupon and they came home hungry and disappointed
I felt terrible for buying such a crappy experience for them.
