I have been a return customer for the sake of the amazing food for the last two years but the service we received yesterday was so poor, we won’t return. We ordered via the QR code as required and paid upfront, a total of over $200. I requested the drinks after waiting 15mins and still they weren’t brought out until the food was ready. Our entire table was served one person at a time and the last meal was left to wait by the kitchen in our view to go cold whilst the staff member took payment from other customers who had already eaten. Because I was chasing down the last meal and being completely ignored my $50 serving of ribs went cold. Because we ended up being stuck there for so long, the children in our party got restless and had to be taken for walks away from the actual restaurant. It was my birthday lunch, so I was particularly disappointed on this occasion. We confronted the staff member and received a particularly ingenuine apology and belligerent eye roll as she walked away.
