Visited recently, first time at this outlet though I was a regular at the valley thought I’d try this one (wasn’t a good idea)
Really bad experience, the order was messed up, was charged more then what I was supposed to pay and then when I mentioned this to the lady at the counter instead of offering a refund she just apologised and that was it as if charging someone extra is just a normal practice
Burgers were over cooked too, a very unpleasant experience
Had to wait like crazy (over 35 minutes) to wait for the order
