Had a family’s birthday lunch and the experience was exquisite! Emir (hopefully spelt correctly) was our waiter during lunch. He was very informative about the menu and cuisine! He’s passion and love for food was genuine and from the heart. Was truly a pleasure chatting with him.
Had the Sonoma Signature Miche sourdough, inhouse cultured wagyu beef butter, lava salt for entree. You can taste the slight wagyu essence in the butter. A surprising taste but very much welcomed.
What was surprising was the entree Prawns XO…. The way it’s cooked and the spicy ness it brought to the dish was perfect. The effect the Japanese wine had on the sauce was divine. I must say it was truly unexpected.
Among the 3 of us, we had 3 steaks (shorton fillet, wagyu rib-eye & wagyu eye of rump) and the prawns. Heard from others that the steak is a must try! It’s truly delicious hands down, cooked to perfection.
Desserts was Layered Wagyu Fat Delice & Basque cheesecake and Rhubarb Mille Feuille. It was the perfect way to end our lunch.
Thank you for the amazing lunch experience.
Will definitely be back.
