Had high hopes for this restaurant however was let down multiple times.
Our steaks were way over cooked than ordered however the staff denied this and then promised a make up steak to be made within the next 10 mins. We waited another HOUR just for our makeup steaks. However the wait staff had given these to the wrong table meaning we waited longer..By the time the make up steaks were out other people from the table were finished their mains. Messed up and forgot our sides as well which came out when we had almost finished mains. Terrible service, lack of staff attending to the table. On top of that desserts we didn’t ordered were added to the bill. Despite receiving some compensation for the restaurant mistakes the steaks and food was below average and I would not return from this experience considering the price you pay. I’m still awaiting to hear back about being mischarged..
