Such bad Service.Today we went out for lunch with 8 people for an early Mother’s Day lunch. The comedy of errors started when food started to arrive on the table, whilst the waiter is still taking our order. The fact that the waiter delivered it, didn’t notice that our menus were still in front of us nor did the waitress who was taking our order didn’t stop him, it only took me to ask her “why is the food coming when your still taking our orders?” ….. then 10mins later the waitress finally took our wine order, and we ordered 2 bottles in case. So the sommelier showed us the wine, then walked away. Our entrees then arrived. No wine. He then delivered the glasses, and then walked away. We then finished our entrees and still no wine. I then saw him opening the wine, pouring a glass and testing it. Um isn’t that my job to test it? He then asked me if I wanted to try it and I said “well you’ve just tried it, is it ok?”. Luckily the meat was lovely and the food overall was good. However we ordered a burger for a child who has egg allergies and we asked 3 times and were told 2 times that the burger didn’t have eggs in the mayonnaise. Only to have the child eat a mouthful and the wine waiter came running up to the table to tell us it has eggs. We were never asked if we wanted dessert, coffee or anymore wine. So we left in shock and shaking our heads.
