I just rang and spoke to Vanessa to make a booking for this Sunday for my husband’s birthday. I’ve never felt so shocked booking a restaurant. Vanessa was patronising, rude and abrupt purely because I requested for a table outside. She said that she already has 163 bookings and that she couldn’t guarantee us a table outside. This would’ve fine but I didn’t appreciate the delivery. I was spoken to so rudely as she spoke so slowly repeating herself as if I didn’t understand English. It’s a pity because we are regular customers but will never step foot in your restaurant again. I just hope that this issue is addressed as you’ll continue to lose your ‘valued’ customers and wIthout us, you wouldn’t exist.
