I’ve been to this restaurant three times.
The food is always good, the pizza and pasta is good and the layout and display of the restaurant is great.
The first time we went, the service was great and the food was great.
However the second and third times we had the displeasure of being served by the female Asian waitress who lacks both people skills and customer service.
Simple requests such as water are either ignored completely or dismissed. When you’re one of three tables at the restaurant, she still seemingly makes it impossible to receive any service such as requesting more drinks or even requesting the cutlery which she didn’t bring out.
She’s arrogant and rude, and had it been only one time we experienced her I could have put it down to simply a bad night for her, but the fact that we’ve experienced the same service from her twice shows it to be more than that.
A great restaurant let down by one sub par employee.
