This was a terrible experience. A Wednesday night, 1/3 full. Table was sticky, hadn’t been cleaned, the exterior windows were filthy. We ordered via the scan code, the menu was repetitive and lacking in options. We ordered half rack of ribs and a wagyu burger. The Cooks (they are not chefs) were busy showing each other things on their phone but they managed to squeeze our order in. The ribs were overly sweet and lacking flavour, not quite sure what they were trying to do but even our dog wouldn’t eat the leftovers. The burger looked good but was unedible as a burger. The bun was dry and stale. There was a little ball of meat in the middle about 2cm thick, as soon as you bite into the burger the meat pops out, juices everywhere (explains the sticky table). They clearly don’t know how to construct a burger and at $26 – they don’t expect repeat visitors.
