The customer service here is appalling!
Me and my partner came here for lunch yesterday.. Sunday 10th April, 1:45pm.
We picked our table and got served the menus.
We paid through the QR code.
First, we got served our sides – chips
Then the woman who was on the shop floor gave us a burger
Luckily, I asked “what burger is that? We didnt order this”
And she took it back to the kitchen
It was someone else’s order.
How unbelievable!
Then we were waited for extra 10 minutes for our mains to arrive – burgers
We nearly finished our chips!
When the burgers arrived, we didnt get our drinks that we ordered (thickshakes)
There was only 1 person who was on the shop floor – waiting tables, serving customers to their tables, etc
Why??
So me and partner tried to get the woman’s attention..who was serving on the shop floor
But she kept walking around and never attended to us
We had to approach her and ask her “wheres our drinks?”
And she only replied “its coming”
It is soooo RUDE and disrespectful.
5 minutes later, we still havent got our drinks
So we got frustrated and my partner went to the man working on the cash register and asked again.. “wheres our drinks? Why is it taking long? We nearly finished and can choke without our drinks”
Then my partner came back and sat down
He immediately made our drinks and put it on our table and talked to us
Being a complete smartarse about it and being disrespectful:
“If you’re choking, there’s water behind you”
“We are understaffed”
We already knew about this
My partner already got water for us from behind and clearly he could see theres water on our table.
We will never come here again.
Hire people that have better customer service skills next time.
