We ordered the take away food from your restaurant at noon on Sunday on 13/2/2022. After eating, my family suffered food poisoning. I had two diarrhoeas but my husband was unlucky and was sent to hospital emergency because of the serious symptoms (painful abdomen and many times vomiting).The doctor judged it was food poisoning. We have the receipt and medical records from the hospital as evidence. The medical records show it is food poisoning. We suffered so much so we request compensation for food poisoning.
