Wonderful meal trying out the AGED program at the Barrangaroo location. The rib-eye steak was dry-aged and infused with Arabica and Robusta coffee which didn’t add a strong coffee flavour, but rather amplified the taste of the beef and was so delicious along with sides of onion rings, fries, salad and every sauce you could possibly ask for! Dont forget to chew the meat off thd huge bone! Entrees and desserts were also fabulous with my choices of steak tartare and creme brulee executed perfectly. Great for sharing with friends and family.
